With over 22 years of experience, she specializes in identifying and mitigating organizational risks, helping companies minimize financial losses and optimize their operations.
Holding a degree in Accounting, Márcia has extensive expertise in finance, controlling, and leadership development, empowering professionals to make strategic and assertive decisions. As the CEO of WE4, a mentor, speaker, and author, she shares her knowledge through courses and books focused on personal and professional growth.
Beyond the corporate world, Márcia is also a pastor, a mother of three, and a devoted wife. She believes that true leadership stems from self-awareness and a commitment to making a positive impact.
